Welcome to Jojolopa. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://jojolopa.com and any purchase you make through it. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of This Website

- Product images and descriptions are provided for information; colours may vary slightly between screens.
3. Orders & Acceptance
An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order — it is not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your item(s). We may decline or cancel any order (in whole or part) if the product is unavailable, an pricing error occurred, or fraud is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD).
- We accept payment via the methods offered at checkout. Your payment is processed securely by our payment providers.
- Prices may change without notice; the price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
- For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery estimates, processing times, and full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier-provided address.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our returns process is described in the Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law for purchases by Australian consumers.
7. Product Warranty
New items carry their stated manufacturer warranty where applicable. Warranty claims are handled in line with our Returns Policy. For Australian consumers, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law: you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — belongs to Jojolopa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
9. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorised use.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jojolopa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. This clause does not affect statutory consumer rights.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Tasmanian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
