Jojolopa ships from Australia to Australia and selected international destinations. Shipping availability and the final shipping charge are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address and the products in your order.
1. Countries We Currently Ship To
Jojolopa currently accepts orders for delivery to the following destinations:
Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, China, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
Availability can vary by product and destination. If a destination is not available at checkout, we cannot currently offer delivery to that address.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- During peak periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
3. Shipping Zones & Rates
Shipping is paid. Jojolopa does not offer free shipping. The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

All Jojolopa prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). The final shipping charge applicable to your address is displayed at checkout before payment.
4. Delivery Estimates

These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times. Actual delivery depends on the carrier, destination and customs processing. Transit time starts after dispatch.
5. Tracking Your Order
Where tracking is available, tracking details are provided once the parcel has been processed by the carrier. You can also view your order status in My Account → Orders, or use our Track Order page.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside Australia, import duties, GST/VAT and customs charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country and may be payable by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
7. Multiple Items
If an order contains items that are dispatched separately, they may arrive in separate parcels and on different dates.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal to pay applicable import charges, or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may apply if you request reshipment. Refunds, where applicable, are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will assess the issue and handle the matter in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.
