Welcome to Jojolopa. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://jojolopa.com and purchases made through the website. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, or interfere with its operation.
Product images and descriptions are provided for information; colours may vary slightly between screens.

3. Orders & Acceptance

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, if a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error occurred, or fraud or another unlawful transaction is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method where practicable.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on Jojolopa are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We accept payment via the methods offered at checkout. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers.
Prices may change before an order is placed. The price displayed at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
For international deliveries, import duties, taxes, customs charges or other destination-country fees may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and may be payable by the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

5. Shipping

Jojolopa offers delivery within Australia and to selected international destinations. Available destinations, shipping charges, processing times and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy and confirmed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs processing, weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our returns process is described in the Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Product Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

Where a product includes a manufacturer’s warranty, the applicable warranty details will be provided where relevant. For Australian consumers, goods also come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major failure, applicable consumer remedies may include a refund or replacement, and compensation may be available for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage as provided by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and layout — belongs to Jojolopa or its licensors and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission, except where permitted by law.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us as soon as reasonably possible if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jojolopa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional requirements, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tasmania.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order will generally apply to that order, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
