Order Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Standard Delivery
For most products, please allow approximately 7–15 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Please refer to the individual product page for the applicable shipping and delivery timeframe, as some products may be subject to different processing or delivery times.
Handcrafted Products
Some handcrafted products require additional preparation. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before dispatch. After dispatch, delivery may take 15 or more business days.
The applicable timeframe will be stated on the individual product page where relevant.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where tracking is available.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within Australia. However, some products may have limited delivery availability within Australia due to product restrictions, carrier limitations, or other shipping requirements.

Delivery Timeframes
Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact date of arrival. Delivery timeframes exclude weekends and public holidays and are estimates only.
For products subject to our standard delivery timeframe, approximate delivery times are:
- Victoria: approximately 7–10 working days
- NSW, SA, ACT and QLD: approximately 9–12 working days
- WA, NT and TAS: approximately 9–12 working days
