You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund.

Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging (where applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Faulty or Damaged Items

If the item you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
